The following words and terms used in these Terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" or "bd22" — The bd22.mom website and all its associated services, pages, and features.
• "User" or "Player" — Any individual who has registered on the bd22 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's personal profile and balance information stored in the bd22 system.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The amount deducted from a user's account to participate in a game or event.

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds on the bd22 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if a verification process is ongoing.

When a withdrawal request is submitted, bd22 reserves the right to request relevant documents for identity verification. Funds will be released as quickly as possible after verification.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at bd22 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns you a ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total wagers must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, household, or device.
• Each bet placed using bonus funds must remain within a specified limit of the total bonus balance.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• bd22 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion — this will not apply to valid bonuses already earned.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

It is each user's responsibility to read the specific rules of any game before participating on the bd22 platform. Separate rules may apply to slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other categories.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error leaves the outcome uncertain. In the event of a technical issue, bd22 will review the situation and make a decision.

6.3 Result Determination

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games.
• Bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

8.1 bd22's Rights

bd22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Provided information is found to be false or incomplete.
• An investigation or audit is required.

8.2 User-Initiated Closure

A user may close their account by sending a request to [email protected]. Any valid funds in the balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

bd22 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. bd22 is not directly liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Technical failures by third parties (payment gateways, etc.).
• Service disruptions during unplanned maintenance.
• Data leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.

However, if a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, bd22 will resolve the issue promptly and provide compensation where applicable.
